TRON DAO announced this week that its blockchain network has facilitated over $30 trillion in aggregate transaction value since operations commenced in 2018. In a statement, founder Justin Sun drew parallels between this achievement and the entire economic output of the United States for 2025.
The platform currently supports more than 405 million registered accounts and has executed upwards of 15 billion transactions throughout its history. Data from TRONSCAN indicates that total value locked within the TRON ecosystem exceeds $28 billion.
TRON dominates all blockchain platforms in USDT circulation, hosting $94 billion in the stablecoin. Analytics from Token Terminal reveal TRON leads every competing network in USDT transfer activity year-to-date, processing approximately $6 trillion with daily averages reaching $25 billion.
Payment infrastructure continues expanding as well. According to CoinDesk Research, cryptocurrency payment card transaction volumes increased from $2 billion during Q1 2026 to $2.4 billion in Q2. TRON’s portion of this activity grew from 33% to 34%, establishing it as the dominant chain in this category.
Growing Institutional Adoption
Canary Capital introduced the Canary Staked TRX ETF, operating under ticker TRXS, in September 2026. Additionally, TRX spot and derivatives products gained listings on Bitnomial, a regulated U.S. derivatives platform.
Anchorage Digital broadened its TRON integration by offering native TRX staking services alongside custody solutions for TRC-20 tokens. The Tokenized Hamilton Lane SCOPE Fund marked another milestone as the inaugural Securitize-issued product deployed on TRON.
TRON secured recognition among the top five protocols featured in the recently unveiled S&P Pantera Digital Asset Index, a collaborative benchmark developed by S&P Dow Jones Indices and Pantera Capital.
Market analyst Team LAMBO Charts (@TehLamboXcharts) shared on X that “$TRX is sitting right at the make-or-break zone,” suggesting that any breakthrough from current levels “could get seriously explosive.” This observation captures the technical attention traders are directing toward TRX following the transaction volume announcement.
TRX presently trades at $0.3436, reflecting a 0.23% decline from the prior session. Intraday action has confined the token within a narrow band spanning $0.3421 to $0.3432.

The daily MACD configuration signals a Buy position, with the majority of momentum oscillators aligned bullishly. Technical models project a trading corridor between $0.3376 and $0.3497 through the next five-day period.
Viktoras Karapetjanc, analyst at Traders Union, interpreted the $30 trillion achievement as evidence of TRON’s strengthening fundamental position. He characterized the current sideways price action as a consolidation phase potentially preceding upward continuation.
Short-term forecasts suggest TRX could advance 0.7% to $0.3457 within 24 hours, while the weekly outlook indicates a 2.24% appreciation to $0.351. Extended projections show more variance, with the 12-month estimate pointing to a 2.18% reduction to $0.3358.
