During the first quarter, Morgan Dempsey Capital Management expanded its PepsiCo stake by 35.7%, acquiring 7,311 shares and elevating its total holdings to 27,814 shares worth approximately $4.3 million.
Other major players followed suit. Jennison Associates dramatically increased its exposure by 157%, purchasing an additional 323,278 shares for a combined position of 529,129 shares. Meanwhile, Mediolanum International Funds grew its stake by 22.4%, now controlling 254,688 shares.
Institutional ownership currently represents 73.07% of all outstanding PepsiCo stock.

This milestone extends PepsiCo’s unbroken record of annual dividend increases to 54 consecutive years, a remarkable run dating back to 1965.
At current prices, the dividend yield stands at 4.3%, supported by a payout ratio of 77.59%. For investors prioritizing income generation, this track record offers compelling evidence of financial stability.
Management’s fiscal 2026 earnings guidance projects EPS between $8.55 and $8.71, while Wall Street analysts collectively forecast $8.58 for the full year.

Sanford C. Bernstein’s $134.00 target implies downside from current levels.
