Corporate transformation drives Bitcoin accumulation initiative
Strive transitioned to public company status following the combination of Strive Asset Management with Asset Entities. That deal reached completion in January after receiving shareholder endorsement, elevating combined reserves above 12,000 BTC.
Following the merger’s completion, Strive has systematically grown its Bitcoin treasury using equity-based financing mechanisms. The company generates capital through preferred equity instruments rather than utilizing convertible debt structures. Management remains committed to executing further Bitcoin purchases while scaling corporate reserves.
Strive recorded a $393 million loss throughout its initial six months operating as a publicly traded entity. This outcome stemmed from accounting methodologies associated with Bitcoin valuation and equity issuance activities. The company nevertheless continues executing its comprehensive strategy to establish a $4.2 billion capital foundation supporting future Bitcoin investments.
Strategy, which holds the distinction of being the largest corporate Bitcoin holder globally, disclosed no buying or selling activity during the corresponding period. Its holdings therefore stayed constant at 843,775 BTC. Strive, conversely, maintained its expansion trajectory while progressing toward its long-range Bitcoin accumulation objectives.
