Shares of Rezolve AI (RZLV) climbed over 21% during Tuesday’s trading session following the announcement that Google has chosen its specialized distributed database solution for integration into Google Cloud Web3 services.
The equity opened approximately 11.9% higher in premarket activity before continuing its upward trajectory throughout regular trading hours.
This partnership represents Rezolve AI’s inaugural large-scale commercial engagement with a major technology corporation, achieving a strategic objective the firm had been pursuing since detailing its enterprise infrastructure vision in its 2025 Annual Report.
Google’s cloud services division is leveraging Rezolve’s technological solution to power its blockchain dataset architecture, managing data indexing operations and processing workflows across numerous blockchain ecosystems.
The first-phase rollout encompasses comprehensive historical records from 10 separate blockchain networks, representing around 100 terabytes of total data volume.
Prior to any data becoming accessible through Google Cloud’s public datasets, Rezolve’s infrastructure subjects every blockchain block to six distinct cryptographic verifications, complemented by schema validation protocols, structural integrity checks, and cross-reference authentication processes.
Major Tech Partnership Confirms Rezolve’s Infrastructure Strategy
Daniel M. Wagner, Chairman and CEO of Rezolve AI, said: “Google’s selection is independent validation of technology we have developed over many years and of the infrastructure strategy we outlined to shareholders earlier this year.”
He added that the deployment “demonstrates our architecture can satisfy the technical requirements of one of the world’s leading technology organizations.”
Rezolve had earlier announced intentions to market its distributed database infrastructure as an independent enterprise solution, diversifying beyond its core artificial intelligence product suite.
The partnership with Google Cloud provides the organization with a prestigious reference implementation as it pursues broader market penetration.
Future Outlook for RZLV
Rezolve indicated its technical development pipeline encompasses support for supplementary blockchain networks, enhanced platform capabilities, and agentic functionality improvements.
The firm referenced S&P Global Market Intelligence projections suggesting that worldwide AI infrastructure expenditure on data ingestion, integration, and preparation processes may expand from $109 billion in 2025 to reach $295 billion per year by 2030.
Based in London, Rezolve maintains operations throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. Its comprehensive technology suite encompasses brainpowa, TraceWare, and Auditable AI solutions.
The Google Cloud Web3 integration marks the company’s first publicly identified commercial implementation of its distributed database infrastructure at enterprise scale.
RZLV stock posted gains of roughly 21.79% during the trading session according to the most recent market data.
