The upward momentum coincides with significant institutional activity. Bank of America established a completely new position valued at $182.13 million in Qorvo throughout the second quarter, accumulating 1,952,729 shares. This investment grants the financial institution approximately 2.21% ownership in the semiconductor manufacturer.
Bank of America’s move wasn’t an isolated event. Multiple other institutional entities have either expanded or established stakes in Qorvo in recent quarters. Amundi increased its holdings dramatically by 197.2% during Q1, while LSV Asset Management expanded its stake by 2.3% in the fourth quarter. Institutional ownership now comprises 88.57% of the company’s outstanding shares.

Looking ahead to fiscal 2027, Qorvo has established EPS guidance of $7.00. The analyst community collectively forecasts $6.42 earnings per share for the present fiscal year.
Wall Street Price Targets Trail Stock Performance

Wall Street Zen upgraded QRVO from a “Hold” to “Buy” recommendation in early August. Conversely, Citigroup reduced its target from $100 down to $95 while maintaining a “Neutral” stance.
Both TD Cowen and Weiss Ratings have preserved their “Hold” recommendations.
From a technical perspective, the stock’s 50-day moving average registers at $96.22, while the 200-day moving average sits at $91.31, indicating the current price trades substantially above both key technical levels. The 12-month floor was established at $74.92.
Regarding insider transactions, SVP Frank P. Stewart divested 8,279 shares on August 31 at an average sale price of $94.72. CFO Grant Brown sold 5,179 shares on August 17 at $97.50 per share.
