The crypto treasury company disclosed that it accumulated 948,601 SOL tokens throughout its fiscal fourth quarter ending September 30. This acquisition pushed the firm’s total Solana position to 8.5 million tokens.
Compared to the 7.6 million SOL reported at June’s close, this represents a 13% expansion. The company purchased these additional tokens at an average price of $83 per SOL.
Forward’s current position accounts for approximately 1.4% of Solana’s total circulating token supplyāa significant concentration for any institutional holder.
Fiscal Year Performance Metrics
The quarter marked the conclusion of Forward’s inaugural fiscal year operating under its Solana-centric treasury model. The twelve-month performance demonstrates meaningful progress.
Measured on a fully diluted basis, SOL per share expanded 33% year-over-year. The metric advanced from 0.0604 SOL per share to 0.0806.
On a sequential quarterly basis, this key performance indicator rose 10%. When annualized, this translates to approximately 42% growth.
