The artist’s new home connects to his initial Framlingham property via an underground tunnel. He also purchased a bungalow close by, combining all three properties in one large estate. The main house on the estate features a recording studio, jacuzzi, and a billiards room.
The pop star even has a pub on his property. He converted a barn into a bar after receiving approval from the council to make the renovation. He built the pub using the original tiles and bricks from the original structure.
The property also features a large treehouse. The lofty property features a movie theater, lounge, and a man cave that the artist calls his ‘Hobbit Hole.’ The artist regularly has his friends around to enjoy movies and gaming sessions after a few drinks at his pub.

During the construction of his estate, his neighbors complained about the noise of the construction equipment and vehicles roaming around the town. The singer applied to build a chapel on ‘Sheeranville’ in 2018. But the uproar from the public saw his plans rejected.
However, Ed doesn’t seem phased by the rejection of his construction plans. In an interview with ‘Fleur East’ on ‘The Hits Radio Breakfast Show,’ the artist stated he could understand that the pond he dug out on his property was a pond, not a pool, as suggested by his neighbors.
“It’s not a swimming pool, it’s a lake … they make it look blue online like it does not look like that at all,” he said. There’s no filter system; it’s naturally cleaned itself with the plants that are in it. There’s a big thing about like wildlife and newts.”
He stated that the construction of the pond would stimulate local environmental diversity. The council eventually granted the construction plans. During ‘The Hits Radio Breakfast Show,’ the artist said, “I just think people just need to mind their own business,” referring to the controversy around the project.
Ed Sheeran – Philanthropy
Sheeran has a philanthropic side. The pop star raised $40,000 in support of British street workers at a concert in Bristol. He also frequently donates clothing to charity thrift shops in his home county of Suffolk.
