Platform facilitates shareholder benefits including dividend distributions, voting privileges, and corporate action participation via USDC.
Dinari has introduced tokenized trading capabilities for the entire S&P 500 index, making all constituent companies available to qualified American investors. The platform enables users to acquire blockchain-represented shares using self-custody digital wallets funded with USDC stablecoin. Each digital token corresponds to one real security maintained by a regulated financial custodian.
Digital securities eliminate conventional brokerage requirements
Dinari provides 724 tokenized equity securities, covering the complete roster of S&P 500 index members. Qualified investors trade these digital assets straight from compatible cryptocurrency wallets, eliminating the need for traditional brokerage account setup. The system currently functions on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, and Avalanche blockchain networks.
Integration with Solana and Sei blockchains is planned as the service continues expanding network compatibility. The wallet-centric approach enables investors to capitalize accounts using Circle’s USDC stablecoin. This architecture connects cryptocurrency settlement mechanisms with regulated exposure to American publicly traded corporations.
The platform designates these securities as dShares, with every token representing genuine underlying equity. Token holders maintain full shareholder benefits including dividend payments, voting authority, redemption options, and participation in corporate events tied to the underlying stocks. Cash dividend distributions occur in USDC, while ownership records exist on blockchain ledgers.
Stablecoin infrastructure enables transactions and shareholder distributions
The platform leverages USDC across all aspects of its equity service, including account capitalization, trade execution, and dividend payouts. Dinari built this framework in collaboration with Circle and multiple wallet technology partners. Privy, Para, and Monaco contribute to various components of the user access and transaction infrastructure.
Blockchain-based settlement mechanisms can process tokenized asset transfers more rapidly than conventional market clearing systems. Investors gain the ability to move supported securities between compatible platforms rather than remaining locked within a single brokerage ecosystem. Nevertheless, every transaction must satisfy relevant eligibility requirements, regulatory compliance standards, and custody protocols.
The firm conducts operations through a registered broker-dealer entity and an SEC-registered transfer agent. Its broker-dealer arm maintains memberships with FINRA and SIPC. This regulatory framework enables compliant tokenized stock trading throughout the United States.
Tokenized securities market experiences rapid expansion
Dinari joins an increasingly competitive landscape as financial institutions experiment with blockchain-based equity instruments. Research from a16z crypto calculated the tokenized stock market at approximately $1.7 billion by late June. The analysis projected roughly 600% expansion as additional platforms rolled out digital equivalents of conventional shares.
Robinhood and Kraken-affiliated Payward currently offer tokenized equity products for international markets outside U.S. borders. Ondo Finance has similarly introduced a regulated structure for public stocks and exchange-traded funds. That service remains unavailable to qualified investors within American territory.
Dinari currently maintains operations spanning 85 countries and facilitates trading for over 6,000 active tokenized instruments. The company established the Dinari Financial Network to link issuers, custodians, trading venues, and transfer agents. This S&P 500 launch extends that regulated ecosystem directly to qualified American market participants.
