The Allegations
Brianna “Bri” Stern, a model and crypto influencer behind the Solana-based meme coin SISTER, has filed a civil lawsuit against controversial internet personality Andrew Tate. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles, alleges that Tate physically assaulted her at the Beverly Hills Hotel on March 11.
Stern shared details of her allegations on social media platforms on Thursday evening. She stated that she met Tate as part of a modeling project for his cryptocurrency coin, DADDY.

According to Stern, Tate had promised to help promote her own meme coin, SISTER. This arrangement was part of what she described as a 10-month relationship with Tate.
Medical Claims
The model claims she sought medical attention at a New York hospital following the alleged incident. According to an image obtained by TMZ, Stern was diagnosed with Post-Concussion Syndrome.
Post-Concussion Syndrome involves symptoms that can persist for weeks, months, or years after a concussion. This suggests Stern may have suffered a mild traumatic brain injury during the alleged incident.
The lawsuit reportedly accuses Tate of sexual assault, battery, and gender violence. Stern will be represented by Buzbee Law, one of the firms also representing alleged victims of Sean “Diddy” Combs.
A digital copy of the lawsuit has not yet appeared in public records. The legal action is said to seek unspecified statutory and punitive damages from Tate.
Tate’s Response
Andrew Tate has not personally responded to the allegations made by Stern. His legal representatives from New York-based McBride Law have dismissed the lawsuit.
In a statement to the LA Times, Tate’s legal team called the suit a “blatant cash grab.” They described it as a “desperate attempt” to exploit their client.
The Beverly Hills police did not immediately return requests for confirmation or comments on the matter. This is standard procedure in ongoing legal cases.
Stern claims that what began as consensual relations turned violent. She alleges Tate began verbally degrading, choking, and beating her during their encounter.
“Shut the fuck up, bitch. You will never backtalk me. You are my property,” Tate allegedly told Stern during the incident, according to her statement.
These serious allegations come while Tate is already facing legal troubles elsewhere. Tate and his brother Tristan are currently facing separate rape and human trafficking charges in Romania.
The brothers were allowed to leave Romania recently while awaiting trial on these criminal charges. New reports indicate they are also facing a separate criminal investigation in Florida.
Market Impact
Following the news of the lawsuit, the SISTER token experienced a major price surge. The Solana-based meme coin swelled by over 290% in the 24 hours after the allegations became public.
The token reached a market cap of approximately $370,000. Data from GeckoTerminal shows the coin currently has around 550 holders.
In the two weeks prior to the lawsuit announcement, the SISTER meme coin market had experienced a surge of over 12%. In the week before, the market had grown by around 5.4%.

Before the recent surge, the price of the SISTER meme coin was $0.00001037. The total market cap stood at $103,365, with a 24-hour trading volume of $811.79.
Tate’s own meme coin, DADDY, had previously seen an 11% surge earlier this month. This price movement occurred after news broke about a separate criminal investigation being launched in Florida.
The former kickboxer had previously expressed negative views about cryptocurrency culture. In a July 2024 interview, Tate described the degen culture behind crypto as “infantile, asinine.”
Despite these criticisms, Tate launched his own token and has been actively involved in the cryptocurrency space. He stated his goal was to “fix” crypto and create ways for “people to make money from the things they should make money from.”
The intersection of celebrity, controversy, and cryptocurrency continues to create volatile market conditions. The SISTER token’s dramatic price movement demonstrates how legal and personal news can impact token values.
