Preview Moves to Protocol Version 11

The update is part of Cardano’s wider hard fork program. V11 is designed to make smart contracts cheaper and faster to run. It also adds stronger cryptography and tighter stake pool security. Developers and infrastructure teams are now being asked to align systems with the new version.
Cardano-node v11.0.1 is the node version that can move through the hard fork boundary. It can also operate after the Protocol Version 11 change.
