Key Highlights
- BNB Chain captured $3.62B in real-world asset (RWA) growth throughout 2026, securing first place in CryptoRank’s blockchain expansion data
- BNB currently hovers around $731, challenging the critical $750ā$770 supply zone
- DeFi total value locked on BNB Chain climbed 15.6% in the past month to $5.66B, while DEX volume surged 65.5% in 24 hours
- Global onchain RWA valuation now surpasses $39B following a 50%+ expansion since early 2026
- Ethereum maintains dominance in overall RWA market share despite placing fourth in year-to-date growth metrics
BNB is currently positioned near the $731 mark following a significant rebound from its August lows. The cryptocurrency briefly reached $770 in early September before experiencing a pullback, leaving market participants watching the $750ā$770 zone for confirmation of continued strength.

This upward movement marked BNB’s escape from an extended consolidation phase that dominated summer trading, where the asset remained confined between $560 and $625 for several months. Momentum carried price through the $700 threshold, though upward progress has paused beneath the next resistance cluster.
Market analyst Daan Crypto Trades (@DaanCrypto) highlighted BNB as “easily one of the stronger and better looking majors,” observing that the token has been absorbing pullbacks efficiently and maintaining a consistent upward trajectory since July. He referenced BNB Chain’s return to the US market as a meaningful development, suggesting it “could be a solid runner into the end of the year.”
A sustained close above the $750 mark on daily charts would shift short-term momentum decisively in favor of buyers. Breaking through $770 would signal that overhead supply has been cleared, opening a path toward the psychologically significant $800 level.
Conversely, if bulls fail to secure the $750 level, BNB could retreat toward $720 support. A breakdown below $700 would invalidate the recent breakout structure and potentially expose the $680ā$690 support zone to renewed testing.
On-Chain Activity Strengthens on BNB Chain
Network activity across BNB Chain has accelerated in tandem with the price appreciation. Total value locked in DeFi protocols reached approximately $5.66 billion, representing a 15.6% increase over the trailing 30-day period. Decentralized exchange volume recorded roughly $2.25 billion in 24-hour activity, marking a 65.5% jump compared to the preceding week’s average.
Transaction fees generated about $4.55 million in the most recent 24-hour window, while protocol revenue totaled approximately $1.69 million. BNB Chain commanded roughly 14% of aggregate on-chain DEX trading volume during early September measurements.
BNB Chain Claims Top Spot in 2026 RWA Expansion
According to CryptoRank analytics released on September 11, BNB Chain ranked first among all blockchains for real-world asset value expansion in 2026, recording a $3.62 billion increase. Solana secured second position with $2.66 billion in growth, while Stellar followed closely at $2.50 billion. Ethereum captured fourth place with $1.6 billion in RWA expansion.
Avalanche claimed the fifth position with $1 billion in growth. ZKsync and Monad completed the rankings with $750 million and $370 million respectively.
While Ethereum placed fourth in growth rankings, the network continues to command the largest aggregate share of RWA value across the entire blockchain ecosystem. Total on-chain real-world asset valuation has crossed the $39 billion threshold after expanding by more than 50% throughout 2026.
CryptoRank’s methodology tracks absolute dollar value increases and does not factor in baseline holdings or comprehensive asset composition. BNB remains priced at $731 with the $750 threshold representing the next immediate challenge for bullish momentum.
