Additionally, Bitmine acquired 9,926 ETH during the same period, bringing its aggregate Ethereum portfolio to 5.82 million tokens. With ETH priced at $1,893 according to Coinbase data, this position accounts for 4.8% of Ethereum’s total circulating supply of 120.7 million coins.
As of August 16, the company reported total assets valued at $11.4 billion. This portfolio encompasses 210 Bitcoin, a $180 million equity position in Beast Industries, a $73 million stake in Eightco Holdings, plus $78 million in liquid assets and marketable securities.
Institutional Staking Operations
Among Bitmine’s 5.82 million ETH holdings, approximately 5.06 million tokens are currently staked via the company’s proprietary MAVAN platformāan acronym for Made in America Validator Network. The staked position carries a current valuation of $9.6 billion.
Tom Lee, serving as Chairman at Bitmine, indicated that the company anticipates annualized staking revenues to reach $250 million. The platform’s 7-day staking yield registered at 2.61% on an annualized basis.
Bitmine has announced intentions to broaden MAVAN’s services to accommodate institutional investors and custodial firms.
The stock secured inclusion in the Russell 1000 Large-cap index effective June 26, 2026. Notable institutional shareholders include ARK’s Cathie Wood, Pantera, Kraken, Founders Fund, DCG, and Galaxy Digital.
