The investment firm distributed 267,676 Block shares among ARKK, ARKW, and ARKF. Trading concluded at $79 following the 6.15% downturn, positioning Ark’s acquisition value near $21 million. The transaction expanded Ark’s stake in Jack Dorsey’s payments enterprise during significant market weakness.
Block Holdings Distributed Among Three Ark ETFs
Block maintains substantial representation within Ark’s portfolio lineup. Within ARKW specifically, the company occupies the tenth-largest allocation, carrying approximately $60 million in value and representing 3.51% of total fund assets.
Ark maintains a discipline limiting individual positions to under 10% of any fund’s total holdings. This framework enables the organization to diversify risk across multiple companies while adhering to its concentrated investment philosophy.
Block Delivers Strong Quarterly Performance
Block disclosed second-quarter revenue reaching $6.62 billion, reflecting 9% annual expansion. Adjusted earnings per share surged 65% to $1.02, while gross profit advanced 25% to $3.17 billion.
