Geographic Markets Display Divergent Trends Across Key Territories

Adjusted operating margin in the territory improved by 340 basis points year-over-year. Ram brand sales jumped 30%, contributing to increased market share throughout the region.
Enlarged Europe saw revenue advance 3%, driven by volume gains and accelerating battery-electric vehicle adoption. Battery-electric passenger vehicle sales across EU30 markets surged 65% compared to the year-ago quarter. Despite revenue growth, the region’s adjusted operating margin compressed by 340 basis points, though Stellantis maintained its commanding position in light commercial vehicles.
South America preserved regional market leadership despite experiencing lower unit sales and reduced market share. The territory captured 18.6% market share, while Fiat Strada deliveries climbed 13% and Toro sales advanced 26%. The Middle East and Africa confronted softer demand conditions, while Asia Pacific continued navigating operational restructuring amid declining sales volume.
Management Maintains Full-Year Outlook and Establishes 2027 Cash Flow Target
Company leadership reaffirmed its 2026 financial projections, which include mid-single-digit revenue growth and a low-single-digit adjusted operating margin. Industrial free cash flow is anticipated to show year-over-year improvement. Management further indicated expectations for achieving positive industrial free cash flow during 2027.
The manufacturer plans to boost consolidated shipments during the fourth quarter relative to Q3 2026 levels. Pricing is expected to remain broadly stable, while working capital should benefit from typical seasonal patterns. However, elevated memory chip expenses and recall-related costs may create headwinds in the final quarter.
The company’s Value Creation Program is projected to generate several hundred million euros in fourth-quarter savings. Management aims to realize at least 40% of the €6 billion annual efficiency target by year-end 2026. Full-year capital expenditure and research and development investment should total 6.5% of revenue, aligned with the company’s FaSTLAne 2030 strategic roadmap.
