Total net sales reached SEK 53.8 million, representing a decrease from the SEK 61.4 million recorded during Q2 2025. When accounting for constant currency rates, the decline measured approximately 10%.
Management intentionally redirected resources from non-recurring engineering projects to concentrate on preparing for significant product launches. While this strategic pivot impacted overall revenue figures, the product-focused revenue stream showed strong positive momentum moving in the contrary direction.
Revenue generated from products and hardware climbed 13% on a year-over-year basis, expanding to 18% when currency impacts are neutralized. Company leadership highlighted this metric as the more accurate barometer for assessing the business trajectory.

Leadership also highlighted a newly identified $4 billion addressable market opportunity for semiconductor optical amplifiers utilized in optical circuit switches designed for AI-focused data centers.
Multiple customer initiatives are progressing toward full-scale manufacturing. ALL.SPACE issued a production purchase order valued at $8.2 million for Ka-band beamforming integrated circuits, with volume production scheduled for 2027. A key LiDAR sector customer is anticipated to submit production orders covering Q4 2026 and throughout 2027. Tachyon Networks broadened its fixed wireless access offerings through a $1.5 million development collaboration with Sivers.
The joint effort with Jabil focused on developing a 1.6T pluggable optical transceiver module is projected to advance through beta testing phases in Q4 2026, with initial production volumes expected during the first six months of 2027.
Financial Position and Listing Strategy
Sivers secured approximately SEK 825 million in gross equity financing during the reporting period and converted a $12 million convertible note into equity following quarter-end. Management stated this capital infusion strengthens the company’s financial foundation as it enters the product scaling phase.
Leadership provided guidance indicating a revenue turning point in Q4 2026, with sustained product revenue expansion projected throughout 2027. The company’s long-term financial objectives are established for 2028 and subsequent years.
