Annual Earnings Report Lifts CLIK Stock
Click Holdings disclosed its fiscal year results on October 22 through its Form 20-F filing with United States regulators. The stock experienced strong buying pressure during midday trading before facing selling activity that trimmed gains. Despite the pullback from session highs, shares maintained positive momentum through the close.
The company reported basic and diluted earnings of HK$1.88 per share for the fiscal period ending 2026. This marked a dramatic turnaround from the HK$12.55 per share loss recorded during fiscal 2025. The earnings reversal reflected increased revenue generation and improved operational efficiency.
Click Holdings operates three distinct service lines—nursing, professional staffing, and logistics—throughout Hong Kong’s employment market. The nursing division serves both private households and participants in Hong Kong’s Community Care Service Voucher program. Total group revenue has expanded more than threefold since reaching HK$44.1 million in calendar year 2023.
All Three Business Segments Post Record Sales
The nursing division generated HK$56.8 million in revenue, representing a 62.6% increase and accounting for 42% of consolidated sales. Service delivery hours in nursing expanded to 465,440 from 322,211 in the preceding fiscal year. The company enhanced its private care portfolio by introducing premium escort services and specialized rehabilitation programs.
Professional services delivered the strongest percentage growth, with revenue surging 108.2% to HK$36.0 million. A strategic acquisition completed during the period contributed significantly to this segment’s expansion, according to company disclosures. Management indicated ongoing interest in pursuing additional acquisitions to bolster its higher-margin professional staffing operations throughout Hong Kong.
The logistics segment increased revenue 35.5% to HK$42.4 million, driven by expanded contracts with existing Hong Kong-based clients. Logistics service hours totaled 476,644, compared to 354,806 in fiscal 2025. The company strategically utilizes logistics cash flow to fund investments in its faster-growing nursing business.
Profitability Returns With Improved Margins
Consolidated revenue increased 61.9% to HK$135.2 million from HK$83.5 million in the prior fiscal year. Gross profit climbed 68.9% to HK$21.6 million, while gross margin expanded to 16.0%. Operating expenses declined to HK$20.8 million from HK$21.3 million, facilitating the return to profitability.
Click Holdings generated HK$0.83 million in operating income compared to an HK$8.5 million operating loss previously. Net income attributable to shareholders totaled HK$14.59 million versus the HK$7.93 million loss in fiscal 2025. Combined service hours across nursing and logistics operations reached approximately 942,000, up from 677,000 in the comparable period.
Looking forward, Click Holdings plans to expand private nursing services, develop rehabilitation facilities, and pursue geographic expansion into mainland China. Management anticipates selective acquisition opportunities will support continued growth in professional services. The company expects sustained momentum across all business lines throughout fiscal 2027.
