The AgentLocker AI Jobs Automation Index evaluated 3,611 distinct AI products, cross-referencing their capabilities with federal employment statistics, wage information, and job growth projections across the United States.
The investigation reveals that existing AI solutions are already equipped to handle work functions that account for roughly $3 trillion in yearly US compensation, demonstrating the massive scope of professional activities now within reach of automation technologies.

Customer support roles show greatest vulnerability to AI replacement
Among the 25 professions examined, customer service representatives emerged with the most significant AI exposure, earning an automation risk score of 92 out of 100.
Currently, approximately 2.8 million individuals work as customer service representatives across America, with federal projections indicating a 5.5% employment contraction in this field between 2024 and 2034.
Data entry keyers secured the second position with a vulnerability score of 90, while telemarketers followed closely at 88.
