Chief Executive Officer and President Michael Intrator divested $25,127,375 worth of Class A common shares. The transactions executed at prices ranging from $80.45 to $82.81 per unit. With CRWV closing at $84.56 on Thursday, Intrator’s sale prices came in slightly under the day’s market value.
The CEO’s divestment involved 307,692 Class A shares in aggregate. Of this total, 200,000 units were disposed of through direct ownership. The balance of 107,692 shares were sold via Omnadora Capital LLC, an investment vehicle where Intrator serves as the sole manager of its management entity.
All transactions took place pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangement that Intrator established on November 20, 2025. Such predetermined plans are structured to eliminate any perception of market timing or insider advantage.
Coinciding with these sales, Intrator converted 107,692 Class B shares into Class A stock through Omnadora Capital LLC. The conversion occurs at a one-to-one ratio between share classes.
Additional Executive Liquidation
In a parallel move, CoreWeave executive Kristen Mcveety divested 156,000 units at an $81.63 average price, generating proceeds of $12,734,280. This substantial sale decreased her direct holdings by 55.85%, leaving a remaining position of 123,313 units worth approximately $10 million.
Mcveety’s divestment also occurred under a pre-established Rule 10b5-1 plan, with full disclosure filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Notwithstanding the executive selling activity, the stock demonstrated momentum. CRWV advanced $3.63 on Thursday to settle at $84.56. Trading volume registered 18.7 million shares, falling short of the typical daily average of 27 million units. The stock’s 52-week trading range extends from $60.55 to $153.20.

Truist Securities designated a $165 target, highlighting CoreWeave’s competitive pricing dynamics and the deployment of approximately 500 megawatts of additional capacity during Q2, outpacing all competing neocloud infrastructure providers.
CoreWeave delivered $2.58 billion in quarterly revenue, marking a 112.5% year-over-year surge. The company recorded a per-share loss of $1.14, which exceeded consensus forecasts anticipating a $1.52 deficit.
Institutional participation has intensified significantly. California State Teachers Retirement System expanded its stake by an extraordinary 12,886.8% during Q2, now controlling more than 41.5 million units valued at approximately $4.1 billion.
Current analyst projections estimate CoreWeave will report full-year earnings per share of -$5.19.
