Key Highlights
- ARB experienced a 30%+ surge within 24 hours, escaping the multi-month trading corridor between 7 and 10 cents maintained since June
- Robinhood Chain recorded $1.92 million in daily revenue, outperforming every other blockchain network
- The Arbitrum DAO collected $175,612 in revenue during the past day through the Arbitrum Expansion Program’s profit-sharing framework
- Arbitrum maintained leadership with $1.6 billion in net bridge asset inflows, surpassing Ethereum and other competitors
- The network’s total value locked expanded by $170 million across a 13-day period, climbing to $1.412 billion
The ARB token from Arbitrum experienced an impressive rally exceeding 30% within a single day, pushing prices to approximately 11 cents and finally breaking free from the narrow 7â10 cent trading band that persisted since June 2026.

This significant price movement was directly connected to explosive growth on Robinhood Chain, a layer-2 Ethereum scaling solution that Robinhood officially launched on July 1st. The network operates using Arbitrum’s underlying technology infrastructure.
According to data from DeFiLlama, Robinhood Chain produced $1.92 million in revenue within a 24-hour timeframe. This performance positioned it as the highest-earning blockchain during that period, outpacing Canton’s $1.76 million, Tron’s $974,039, Base’s $98,416, and Ethereum’s $75,004.
The Arbitrum Expansion Program operates on a model where networks utilizing the Arbitrum technology stack contribute 10% of their chain profits back to the broader ecosystem. Through this arrangement, the Arbitrum DAO earned $175,612 during the previous 24 hours, accumulated $363,153 over the past week, and collected $531,641 throughout the last 30 days.
Lorenzo Valente, an analyst at ARK Invest, emphasized this structural advantage in a social media post on X, explaining: “Ethereum’s cut is a fixed-ish L1 data-posting cost, not a revenue share. Arbitrum’s cut is a true percentage-of-revenue license. So on a spike day, Arbitrum scales up with REV but Ethereum barely moves in dollar terms.” Valente’s observation clarifies why market participants concentrated on ARB as Robinhood Chain revenue exploded.
Capital Movement and Network Metrics
In terms of bridge asset netflow during the previous day, Arbitrum outperformed all competing chains by maintaining $1.6 billion in value. Both Ethereum and Robinhood Chain trailed behind. When netflow remains positive, it indicates that more capital entered and remained on the network than exited.

The total value locked within Arbitrum increased by $170 million throughout a 13-day span, ultimately reaching $1.412 billion. Decentralized exchange volume experienced a parallel surge, expanding by more than 151% since August 29 and hitting approximately $208.72 million.
Futures Market Shows Bullish Positioning
Open interest for ARB increased by 65%, climbing to $169 million. The funding rate registered at 0.0055%, with the vast majority of market positions tilted toward long exposure. Liquidations of short positions also played a role in accelerating the upward price trajectory.

Daily trading volume for ARB reached $618 million over the 24-hour period, representing an eightfold multiplication compared to the previous day’s activity. The ARB token found its bottom near the 7.3 cent level on August 18 before initiating the current upward movement.
According to Ryan Myher, Chief Operating Officer at Genius, market capital typically flows toward correlated assets after the primary investment has already appreciated. “ARB is the obvious downstream exposure given the relationship between the two,” he commented, referencing the connection with Robinhood Chain.
During the 24-hour measurement period, the top revenue generators on Robinhood Chain included the trading bot GMGN with $1.23 million and the launchpad platform Pons with $948,044, both exceeding Uniswap’s $445,379.
ARB currently maintains a market capitalization of approximately $746 million. An upcoming token unlock event is scheduled for September 23, 2026, which will release roughly 139 million ARB tokens, accounting for about 1.4% of the total token supply.
