Currently priced at $1.38, XRP has experienced a 2.46% decline in the past day. This downturn has brought the digital asset to a critical technical thresholdāthe 200-week exponential moving average positioned at $1.37.

Market technicians warn that a decisive move below this threshold could trigger a longer-term bearish sentiment shift. Should downward momentum persist, the next significant floor appears at the 20-week EMA around $1.27.
The Relative Strength Index currently registers at 51, providing a marginal advantage to buyers. Nevertheless, the RSI trajectory is declining, indicating potential erosion in purchasing momentum.
Contributing to downward price action are investors who accumulated positions around $1.00 and liquidated holdings following the rally toward $1.66. These profit realization activities are exerting near-term downward pressure.
Contrasting the price weakness, XRP exchange-traded products are experiencing robust capital inflows. Data from SoSoValue indicates that on August 28, these ETFs captured $26.20 million in single-session inflows.
This marks the ninth consecutive trading day of positive flows. Between August 24 and August 28, aggregate weekly inflows reached $110.49 millionārepresenting the most substantial seven-day period since December 2025.
Leading ETF Products and Aggregate Holdings
Bitwise captured the lion’s share of weekly capital with $59.95 million, while Franklin Templeton secured second position with $28.7 million. The five XRP ETFs trading on US exchanges now collectively manage $1.44 billion in net assets, representing 1.66% of XRP’s total $87.43 billion market capitalization.
Technical analyst EGRAG CRYPTO highlighted on X that XRP is nearing its ascending 300-week moving average around $1.03. The analyst observed that historical patterns show successful retests of this level typically precede accumulation phases. Maintaining support above the 300-week MA could open pathways toward $1.65, followed by $2.00ā$2.80, with more ambitious long-range projections of $15, $27, and $50.
Blockchain metrics from BankXRP indicate receiving addresses have expanded to 926,320, accompanied by increasing transactions per second. While these figures suggest heightened network utilization, analysts emphasize uncertainty regarding the underlying catalysts and sustainability of this trend.
