Shares of CrowdStrike (CRWD) slipped 1.90% on Tuesday following the announcement of a strategic alliance with Cerebras Systems (CBRS), whose stock surged 4.04% in response.

According to the agreement, CrowdStrike will deploy its Falcon AIDR models utilizing Cerebras infrastructure. Simultaneously, Cerebras will implement the Falcon platform as its standard security solution.

Understanding Falcon AIDR’s Capabilities
Falcon AIDR represents CrowdStrike’s AI Detection and Response solution. Its purpose centers on protecting AI systems across multiple layers including data, models, agents, and identity frameworks.
