Bitget has introduced Stocks 2.0, an enhanced tokenized equity trading platform featuring 36 stock and ETF-linked digital assets. The new platform focuses on improved liquidity provision, transparent asset backing mechanisms, and enhanced capital efficiency within Bitget’s trading infrastructure. This launch reinforces Bitget’s Universal Exchange vision amid rising interest in tokenized real-world assets.
Platform Introduces 36 Tokenized Stock and ETF Products
The Stocks 2.0 platform provides traders with token-based exposure to prominent global stocks and exchange-traded funds. Initial offerings feature household names including Apple, Amazon, Meta, Tesla, Alphabet, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and the QQQ ETF. Availability varies based on geographic location and regulatory compliance requirements.
Bitget built Stocks 2.0 to bridge tokenized equity trading with traditional stock market liquidity pools. Consequently, traders can execute stock-linked transactions through enhanced order depth and improved execution speeds. The platform also seeks to minimize trading barriers within the Bitget application environment.
The system employs USDT as the primary trading currency, streamlining access and settlement processes. Additionally, cash dividend distributions are converted to USDT and deposited directly into user wallets. Stock dividends and corporate restructuring events are similarly reflected in token holdings to preserve proportional ownership.
Reality Platform Implements Direct 1:1 Asset Backing
Reality, a regulated real-world asset tokenization provider, powers the issuance infrastructure with Bitget’s platform integration. The Stocks 2.0 framework employs direct 1:1 economic representation for qualified equity tokens. Therefore, token quantities are designed to mirror the financial value of corresponding stock holdings.
The architecture also accommodates stock splits, consolidations, and other structural changes. Bitget modifies token allocations when issuers alter their share configurations. This mechanism enables traders to preserve aligned market exposure without exiting the cryptocurrency trading interface.
According to Bitget, Stocks 2.0 represents an evolution of its existing tokenized securities offerings, including stock derivatives, ETF products, and pre-listing instruments. By January 2026, aggregate tokenized equity spot volume surpassed $1 billion. Furthermore, stock futures contracts exceeded $10 billion in total trading activity.
Tokenized Equities Integrated Across Trading Infrastructure
The Stocks 2.0 launch extends tokenized stock functionality throughout Bitget’s comprehensive trading toolkit. Qualified equity tokens integrate with unified account structures and collateral systems. Additionally, traders can deploy supported assets within spot grid automation, futures grid strategies, social trading features, and designated yield-generating products.
This integration provides multiple pathways for capital deployment while maintaining equity market exposure. It also connects tokenized securities with cryptocurrency-native investment approaches. Bitget frames Stocks 2.0 as a fundamental component of its Universal Exchange architecture.
Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget, stated that tokenized stocks create connectivity between cryptocurrency ecosystems and traditional financial markets. She projected that tokenization could encompass over 10% of worldwide financial assets by decade’s end. Through Stocks 2.0, Bitget accelerates its expansion into tokenized real-world asset markets.
