Strategic Palantir Alliance and World View Transaction
On March 11, Ondas unveiled a strategic collaboration with Palantir (PLTR) to incorporate Palantir’s Foundry artificial intelligence platform into Ondas’ unmanned aerial vehicle infrastructure. Chief Executive Erik Brock stated the alliance “positions Ondas at the center of next-generation, multi-domain operational environments.”
Palantir’s stock advanced 6.74% during Monday trading.
Additionally, Ondas finalized an agreement to purchase World View, a company specializing in stratospheric surveillance technology, in a transaction valued at $150 million consisting predominantly of stock consideration. This strategic move aims to enhance the company’s autonomous capabilities by adding persistent high-altitude observation technology.
Management emphasized a pro forma cash balance of $1.5 billion following the transaction’s completion.
Military Contracts Driving Revenue Pipeline
Earlier in March, Ondas disclosed it had secured several contracts worth approximately $6 million for counter-unmanned aerial vehicle systems from defense and national security clients located in the Middle East and additional international markets.
The current order backlog stands at $68.3 million, with management indicating that the autonomous systems division will drive the majority of anticipated 2026 expansion.
For the first quarter of fiscal 2026, the company projects revenue ranging from $38 million to $40 million — translating to roughly 820% growth versus the comparable quarter last year.
The iShares U.S. Aerospace & Defense ETF advanced 0.3% to $223.29 on Monday. Competitor AeroVironment gained 4.3% following new defense contract announcements, while recently public Karman Holdings increased 3% to $102.40.
