Nexo Signs Multi-Year Agreement with Audi Revolut F1 Team
Nexo has partnered with the Audi Revolut F1 Team in its first-ever Formula 1 sponsorship. The crypto wealth platform will serve as the team’s official digital asset partner in a four-year deal. Audi is also entering the Formula 1 circuit for the first time in 2026.
This move aligns with Nexo’s goal to increase global visibility and offer enhanced user experiences through strategic partnerships. Nexo co-founder Antoni Trenchev stated, “Nexo was built for a demanding reality: instant, self-directed, and always on. Partnering with Audi Revolut F1 Team at the start of their new era is a statement about how we see the future.”
The agreement will enable Nexo to engage with F1 fans around the world through digital activations, exclusive content, and branded experiences.
Audi’s Entry into Formula 1 and Digital Asset Space
The Audi Revolut F1 Team begins its Formula 1 journey this year and has selected Nexo as its first digital asset partner. This partnership reflects Audi’s strategy to incorporate blockchain and digital finance into its broader sports and marketing initiatives.
Stefano Battiston, Chief Commercial Officer of the Audi Revolut F1 Team, said, “The partnership reflects a shared ambition to scale with discipline and innovation, and to create tangible value — from exclusive experiences to new ways of engaging our global fanbase and Nexo’s clients.”
The team expects this collaboration to deliver both marketing reach and technological synergy, combining motorsport precision with blockchain utility.
Nexo’s Return to the U.S. Market
Nexo re-entered the U.S. market in April 2025, after leaving in 2022 due to regulatory investigations. The SEC and CFPB had accused the company of failing to register its Earn product offering to retail clients. Its re-entry was marked by a private event featuring comments from Donald Trump Jr.
Since its return, Nexo has aimed to rebuild its global presence. The Audi F1 deal adds to its sponsorship portfolio, which includes professional tennis tournaments such as the Australian Open and the Dallas Open.
This deal also represents a wider trend of crypto firms seeking exposure through sports. Similar deals have been made by Crypto.com, Coinbase, and Stake with various F1 teams.
Nexo Expands Sponsorship Presence in Sports
The Audi partnership extends Nexo’s involvement in sports sponsorships. The company has previously backed international tennis events and continues to explore other sports partnerships. This move into Formula 1 aligns with its effort to reach broader audiences.
With Formula 1’s growing fan base and international viewership, Nexo aims to position its brand in front of millions of viewers each season. The crypto firm plans to offer immersive digital experiences and educational content through the deal.
The NEXO token rose 2.7% in 24 hours following the announcement, as reported by The Block’s price tracker. Nexo’s growing sponsorship strategy could continue to influence its market visibility and token performance.
