Missouri’s Independence City Council authorized a Chapter 100 industrial development incentive package, enabling Nebius to proceed with its “Independence” data center campus.
CEO Arkady Volozh characterized the project as the company’s most substantial AI facility in America. “This represents our inaugural project at this magnitude, though certainly not our final one,” he stated.
