During its Dreamforce conference this week, Salesforce unveiled an ambitious fiscal 2030 annual revenue objective of more than $63 billion. This projection exceeds the consensus forecast of $60.66 billion from Wall Street analysts surveyed by FactSet.
The revenue goal was disclosed during Wednesday’s investor and analyst gathering at Dreamforce. CEO Marc Benioff emphasized to participants: “Our relevance has never been higher.”
Shares of CRM are presently changing hands at $250.54, representing a 2% decline for the session. The equity trades at a P/E multiple of 23.24 and shows a PEG ratio of 0.38, metrics that Stifel characterized as compelling given the growth trajectory.
Stifel elevated its CRM price objective from $275 to $300 while maintaining its Buy stance. The investment firm noted that leadership highlighted record-high pipeline figures and voiced optimism that net new annual order value expansion will continue outpacing overall annual order value growth.
Salesforce’s Six-Pronged AI Revenue Strategy
Stifel identified six revenue channels Salesforce is developing: expanded core license sales, premium SKU enhancements, Agentforce and ready-to-deploy agent spending, Data 360 solutions, Agent Fabric and Guardian offerings, and APIs, MCPs, context and infrastructure services.
The investment firm considers these initiatives the primary catalysts for Salesforce’s medium-term expansion trajectory. The company maintains a gross profit margin of 77%, complemented by 11% revenue expansion over the trailing twelve-month period.
A central message at Dreamforce centered on the simplicity with which clients can develop customized applications, dashboards, and solutions anchored in Salesforce data. Stifel observed the company is welcoming the user interface evolution through AIforce.
Channel partner evaluations indicated robust client interest and significant adoption prospects for these capabilities.
Analyst Community Response
Several Wall Street analysts reacted favorably to the week’s revelations. Oppenheimer maintained its Outperform stance with a $275 price objective, referencing the 11% compound annual growth rate embedded in the 2030 projection.
TD Cowen sustained its Buy recommendation and $300 price target, emphasizing Salesforce’s concentration on AIforce and Slack integration efforts. Cantor Fitzgerald maintained an Overweight rating and $300 target, drawing attention to new offerings including Headless 360 and Claudeforce.
Guggenheim lifted its price objective to $300 from $270, crediting Salesforce’s calculated approach to AI pricing strategy. DA Davidson boosted its target from $200 to $225 while retaining a Neutral position.
The extended-horizon revenue projection arrives one month following Salesforce’s guidance increase, when the company delivered stronger second-quarter earnings and revenue fueled by appetite for its AI and data solutions.
Benioff stated at Dreamforce: “Our ability to walk up to any customer now and to show them a piece of technology that can radically transform their company very, very rapidly is unprecedented.”
Record-setting pipeline metrics and encouraging partner assessments were among the critical indicators management underscored during the analyst day proceedings.
