Exchange-traded products focused on XRP maintained their capital attraction on Aug. 25 despite renewed pressure on the token’s market price. U.S.-listed spot XRP ETFs pulled in $23.87 million in daily net inflows, keeping their positive streak alive. Total cumulative inflows climbed to $1.6 billion, with net assets positioned at $1.46 billion. These flows arrived as market participants monitored deteriorating technical patterns.
Late August Brings Accelerated Capital Flows to XRP ETFs
Bitwise captured Tuesday’s top position with $11.02 million in fresh capital. Franklin Templeton secured second place at $6.39 million, while Grayscale contributed $4.28 million. Canary Capital brought in $2.19 million, whereas the 21Shares product saw neutral flow activity.
Demand picked up considerably after Aug. 18 following a subdued beginning to the month. The products attracted $5.81 million on Aug. 18, $2.35 million on Aug. 19, $13.24 million on Aug. 20, $18.38 million on Aug. 21, $13.82 million on Aug. 24, and $23.87 million on Aug. 25.
The most recent five-day trading period delivered approximately $77.5 million to XRP exchange-traded funds. The previous week alone accounted for roughly $39.8 million. During the first half of August, total inflows remained stagnant around $1.51 billion across multiple sessions as trading activity stayed muted.
The uptick arrives as XRP trades in the vicinity of $1.44, based on CoinGecko market data. The digital asset posted gains of approximately 40% during the past fortnight, although near-term technical measurements have shifted toward weakness. ETF accumulation has thus persisted even as hourly chart structures softened.
XRP Tests Critical Levels After Losing Hourly Support Structure
Technical analyst ChartNerdTA said XRP slipped below Gaussian Channel support on the one-hour timeframe following multiple rejections from the Adaptive Supertrend indicator. The indicator had previously flipped to a bearish configuration, and the analyst noted the latest breakdown revealed deteriorating price momentum.
ChartNerdTA emphasized that XRP must recapture the $1.48 to $1.50 range to mitigate the possibility of a more substantial pullback. Inability to regain that territory could leave the token vulnerable to declines toward $1.30 or even $1.20. The analyst acknowledged the current setup remains unconfirmed and could reverse rapidly.
A prior assessment positioned XRP price within a range bounded by Supertrend resistance above and Gaussian Channel support below. During that phase, a breakdown beneath $1.54 suggested potential movement toward $1.30, while a successful breakout hinted at a possible advance to $1.70 or $1.80.
Current chart configurations reveal buyers proved unable to hold the near-term support structure. Market participants now concentrate on whether XRP can retrieve the $1.48 to $1.50 band or extend losses even as XRP exchange-traded products sustain their inflow momentum.
