Both Amazon and Alphabet have outlined plans to allocate approximately $200 billion toward AI infrastructure next year. Apple, meanwhile, has opted for strategic alliances rather than massive capital expenditures.
The iPhone maker has forged partnerships with OpenAI, Nvidia, and Alphabet to integrate AI functionality throughout its product lineup. For the Chinese market, Apple is collaborating with Alibaba and Baidu to roll out AI-enhanced services tailored to regional users.

Wall Street Ratings and Institutional Movement
Bank of America maintains a Buy rating on AAPL shares with a $380 price objective. Monness Crespi & Hardt recently upgraded their target from $315 to $335, maintaining a Buy rating. Rosenblatt takes a more cautious stance with a Neutral rating and a $276 price target.
The overall analyst consensus reflects a “Moderate Buy” recommendation with a mean price target of $327.40. Among covering analysts, 23 rate the stock as Buy, nine assign a Hold rating, and two recommend Sell.
Baird reaffirmed its Outperform rating earlier this week while raising its price objective, contributing to a series of favorable analyst adjustments ahead of the earnings period.
