The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran has issued explicit warnings targeting 18 major American technology corporations with operations throughout the Middle East region, with planned actions commencing April 1, 2026. The announcement appeared on a Telegram communications channel affiliated with the Guard, published in Farsi.
The comprehensive list encompasses prominent technology sector leaders: Apple, Microsoft, Google, Meta, Nvidia, Oracle, IBM, Intel, Cisco, HP, Dell, Palantir, JPMorgan, Tesla, GE, Boeing, Spire Solutions, and the United Arab Emirates-based artificial intelligence firm G42.
According to the Guard’s statement, operations are scheduled to initiate at 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, according to Tehran’s timezone — corresponding to 12:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. Personnel employed by the designated corporations received urgent advisories to evacuate their facilities immediately as a precautionary safety measure.
“From now on, for every assassination, an American company will be destroyed,” the post read.
The warnings follow coordinated military strikes conducted by United States and Israeli forces against Iranian positions on February 28. Iranian officials assert these technology enterprises maintain direct connections to intelligence gathering and military operations directed against their nation.
Previous Strike on Amazon Infrastructure
This represents a continuation of earlier hostile actions. On March 1, two Amazon Web Services cloud computing facilities located in the United Arab Emirates experienced direct strikes during Iranian military operations. A third facility in Bahrain sustained damage from falling fragments. The IRGC publicly accepted responsibility, declaring the operations were designed to reveal the involvement of these installations in supporting military and intelligence functions.
The strikes triggered significant disruptions affecting numerous applications and online services throughout the UAE region.
A preceding announcement from Tasnim, an Iranian news organization maintaining connections to the IRGC, identified 30 precise locations across Middle Eastern territories as potential targets. Numerous sites were situated in Dubai and Tel Aviv. Within Tel Aviv, the enumerated locations included operational offices for Palantir, Amazon, and Microsoft, alongside Nvidia’s engineering and research facility.
Rationale Behind Corporate Targeting
Iranian authorities claim these technology corporations supply critical infrastructure supporting American and Israeli military capabilities. Oracle, IBM, and Google facilities in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and Abu Dhabi were specifically identified for purportedly enabling “military entities.”
Amazon and Google secured a $1.2 billion governmental contract from Israel in 2021 through Project Nimbus, delivering fundamental technological infrastructure to the nation, as documented in a 2025 United Nations investigative report.
The identical report indicated Microsoft, Amazon, and Google provide Israel with “virtually government-wide access” to their cloud computing and artificial intelligence platforms. IBM faced accusations of conducting training programs for Israeli military and intelligence operatives.
The United States Department of War separately granted Oracle an $88 million contract for cloud software integration with Air Force systems.
Intel responded to the threat, saying: “The safety and wellbeing of our team is our number one priority. We are taking steps to safeguard and support our workers and facilities in the Middle East.”
Microsoft, Google, and JPMorgan declined to comment.
President Trump indicated on Tuesday his expectation that American military personnel would withdraw from Iran within “two to three weeks.” White House representatives confirmed Trump’s scheduled national address regarding the Iran conflict Wednesday evening.
Casualty figures exceed 3,400 Iranian civilians and military members since hostilities commenced, along with 13 American service personnel. The region has witnessed over 3,000 drone and missile launches across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
