Ondas (ONDS) unveiled upgraded revenue forecasts for the fourth quarter and complete 2025 fiscal year on Friday, yet shares tumbled nearly 6% during morning market hours.
The technology firm now projects Q4 2025 revenues will reach between $29.1 million and $30.1 million. This represents an increase from the previous estimate of $27 million to $29 million announced in January 2026.
The updated projections exceed Street expectations on both fronts. Analysts had previously anticipated Q4 revenues of approximately $27.77 million and full-year revenues around $48.37 million.
For the complete 2025 fiscal year, revenue expectations now range from $49.7 million to $50.7 million. This surpasses the company’s earlier guidance of $47.6 million to $49.6 million.
The guidance adjustment followed the completion of supplementary financial closing procedures after preliminary numbers were released on March 9. The management team refined accounting calculations related to changes in warrant liability fair value.
This accounting modification is anticipated to generate a net gain of approximately $102 million for both the fourth quarter and the entire year. This predominantly non-cash item is the primary driver behind the substantial net income figures.
Projected Q4 net income falls between $82.9 million and $83.4 million. For the full 2025 fiscal year, net income expectations range from $50.4 million to $50.9 million.
Regarding EBITDA metrics, the outlook appears more challenging. Q4 adjusted EBITDA is forecast between -$9.9 million and -$9.4 million. The complete 2025 adjusted EBITDA is projected to range from -$31.5 million to -$31 million.
Liquidity Position
Ondas closed 2025 with approximately $551 million in cash and cash equivalents on hand. Following a substantial capital raise of roughly $1 billion on January 12, 2026, the company currently maintains a current ratio of 15.3.
This represents an exceptionally robust liquidity position.
